As I am a little nervous having anything done to my hair ,I have to say I found the staff there- Steven and Carli gave me some very good advice about which hair colour to have and which products would be best without all the usual flannel you usually get at some places and the cut was just what I wanted if not better ( by carli ).overall a very good experience and I shall be going back. Thanks guys
